Party Questions

  • Your room will be ready at the time of your party. However, we suggest that you arrive 15 to 20 minutes before the scheduled start time to check-in. During check-in you will review your guest list, provide directions for adding people not on your guest list and review any additions to your party such as food, laser tag, balloons, etc.

  • Approximately 2 weeks before your party you will be assigned a Party Coordinator who will send you a welcome email. The welcome email will contain important information to help make the party process a greater success (please read). The Party Coordinator will also set up a time to speak (approximately 5 days before your party). During that call you will finalize any additional food as well as party enhancements such as laser tag, balloons, etc.

  • View the Party Menu and view the Party Enhancement Menu.

They are also located at the bottom of the “Parties & Events” page.

However, if you have more than 24 participants you will need to call prior to booking your party. If you wait until a later date, we cannot guarantee being able to accommodate your additional participants over 24 people. The maximum number of participants in a single room is 28; however, additional charges apply (including adding another Party Host to help coordinate your event).

We have a full kitchen and make our food fresh onsite and have dessert options such as 8 flavors of scooped ice cream. Please be aware that no outside food is permitted in the café.
